Win the deal
Turn proposals into closed business, and learn from the ones that got away.
LeadUp doesn't sell for you, but it makes sure no deal slips because it was forgotten. Winning comes from a few habits, repeated.
Send the proposal while it's warm
Move the company to Proposal the day you send it, with a follow-up on the date they said they'd decide.
Follow up until there's an answer
Work Tasks every day, overdue first. A short, specific message ("Did you have a chance to look at the proposal? I can walk you through it on Thursday") beats a generic check-in.
Mark it won
When they say yes, move the company to Won. It stays in your workspace, with its history, for the next sale to the same customer.
Mark it lost, and say why to yourself
When they say no, or stop answering, move it to Lost. Look at your lost deals once a month: if they all stall at the same stage, that's the step of your pitch to fix.
