How LeadUp works
One place to keep the companies you sell to, where each deal stands, and who you call next.
LeadUp follows the way a seller works: find a company worth approaching, talk to it, meet, send a proposal, and close. Everything in the app hangs off that path.
The four places you'll use
| Page | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Home | Your pipeline at a glance, today's follow-ups and the companies added most recently. |
| Companies | Every company in your workspace. Search by name, segment or city, and filter by stage. |
| Pipeline | Every company at the stage it's in. Move one forward or back and the whole team sees it. |
| Tasks | The follow-ups set on your companies, overdue first, so nobody waits for a call that never comes. |
The selling path
Every company sits at one of six stages:
Prospect
A company you've found and think is worth approaching. You haven't talked yet.
Contacted
You've reached out, by phone, email or message, and the conversation has started.
Meeting
There's a meeting booked or held: they're listening.
Proposal
They have your proposal in hand. This is where follow-ups matter most.
Won or lost
The deal closed, or it didn't. Both are worth recording: lost deals tell you where your pitch needs work.
